1. Engagement & Design Consultancy

By accessing this website, requesting a consultation, or commissioning interior design services from MALKA DESIGN STUDIO, you agree to the terms set forth herein. All architectural proposals, floor layouts, 3D renderings, and estimates provided during preliminary stages remain the intellectual property of MALKA DESIGN STUDIO until formal contract execution.

2. Proposals, BOQs & Milestone Billing

Detailed project scope, material specifications, and financial milestones are governed by the bilateral Turnkey Interior Agreement executed prior to site commencement. Work progresses through transparent milestone stages:

• Design & 3D approval milestone
• Procurement & carcass manufacturing milestone
• Site installation & finish application milestone
• Final snag inspection and key handover

3. Material Warranties & Care

Manufacturer warranties on hardware (such as Blum, Hettich, Hafele) and appliances are transferred directly to the client upon project handover. Custom woodwork fabricated using BWP 710 marine plywood is guaranteed against manufacturing defects under standard residential usage guidelines.

4. Civil Site Readiness & Handover

Project timelines are established upon complete civil site handover and design signoff. Force majeure events, society restriction delays, or client-initiated scope alterations will be communicated and recorded transparently via written addendums.
